1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Secretier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform.

2. Description of Service

Secretier provides a platform for creators to share exclusive content and for fans to subscribe to such content using GCash payments. We provide the infrastructure for hosting and viewing content, but we do not process transactions directly between fans and creators.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Subscriptions

Creators are solely responsible for the content they post. Fans subscribe to creators at their own discretion. Due to the digital nature of the content, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once access to the content has been granted.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use Secretier to distribute illegal, copyright-infringing, or highly harmful content. Secretier reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
