Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for your data and Cloudflare R2 for secure media storage. All payments are verified by the creators themselves.

Browse our discovery page, find a creator you love, and click Subscribe. You'll be prompted to manually send a payment via GCash and upload your receipt. The creator will then review and approve your subscription.

We have a strict no-refund policy for all digital subscriptions once access has been granted. Please ensure you want to support the creator before completing your payment.

If you encounter any issues with a creator (e.g., misleading content or inactivity), you can report them directly to us through the Contact page. We take these reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.

Standard subscriptions last for 30 days from the moment of approval. You can track your expiration date on your 'My Following' page.

Click 'Become a Creator' in the header or footer, fill out the application, and our team will review it within 24-48 hours.

Fans pay you directly via GCash. You verify their receipts in your dashboard, and the funds stay in your GCash account. Secretier does not hold your earnings.

You can post photos and videos. You can mark them as 'Free' for your followers or 'Secret' for your paid subscribers.
